Information for end customers

Dear customers

End customers, whether private persons or companies, can order any title from our range through our webshop. We deliver through our distributor Klett VerlagsService GmbH International. Within Germany postage is free (please note our delivery and payment conditions). It goes without saying that your orders are transmitted encrypted for security reasons. We deliver with an invoice or you can pay directly with PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) when ordering. If you have questions about your order, we will be happy to help.

Note for regular customers: due to the complete upgrade of the previous webshop to a contemporary shop system, it is possible that individual access data from our previous system has not been transferred. If you can therefore not access our shop with your previous access data, we kindly request that you register again.

Information for the book trade

We supply bookshops at standard trade conditions through our distributor Klett VerlagsService GmbH. You can order directly from Klett VerlagsService GmbH (info@klett-vs.de)or through Mr. Jürgen Kummer at the publishing house.
